Rusalka in Osnabrück,
Carmen in Chemnitz
Early this year Sergi Roca Bru is debuting two big titles of the romantic operatic Repertoire in Germany. Rusalka's tragic tale, masterly and most sensitively set in music by Antonín Dvořák will be sung by Tetiana Miyus in the fantastic version that stage director von Götz has done in Osanbrück.
Bizet's everlasting masterpiece, Carmen, will be performed in Chemnitz, this year's European Capital of Culture featuring Sophia Maeno and Daniel Pataky on the main roles.
Sergei Prokofiev's exquisite satire
L'amour des trois oranges
In the season 2024/25 Sergi Roca Bru conducts four performances of this challenging work at the Schleswig-Holsteinisches Landestheater in Flensburg, Germany.
The smart, caricatured, rich in detail hillarious staging by Hendrik Müller proves that there are no boudaries to fantasy, as well as Prokofiev's score does.
Nabucco and Tosca at Òpera Catalunya
